Our Process

During the estimating phase of the project, we will evaluate what your goals are with your project. We will decide timelines, material selections, and rough dimensions of the project. We will ask everything we need from you in order to give you clarity of how much the project will cost.

During this phase, we will work with out architects and engineers and get a design that you are happy with, once you are satisfied with the design and selections you have made, we will provide you a hard price for completing the job. All plans, designs, and documentation regarding the construction of your project will be yours to keep, even if you would like to select a different contractor.

After your deposit is made, we will submit the permits to your local jurisdiction and begin construction once the plans have been approved.

This is the meat and potatoes of the project. You will see your project come to life and soon enough it will become a reality.
